PEAKING is a psychedelic comedy feature film set entirely at a remote music festival. To capture the authentic energy of the music festival experience, the filmmakers recently produced PEAK STATE - a four-day music & arts festival in Austin, TX which took place in April 2026 in collaboration with various musicians, artists, performers, art cars, vendors, and event organizers from Austin and beyond, and acted as the setting for the film. Written & Directed by comedian Brent Pella, PEAKING is currently in post-production, and the filmmakers look forward to a 2027 premiere followed by a wider release.
